About the webinar
The topic of impact has been gaining importance in the private equity sector, driven by regulation and stakeholder requirements, but also expected tightening links to financial value creation. Yet, holistic and comparable impact data on PE/VC investors, their funds, and individual portfolio companies remains almost non-existent aside from single ESG metrics such as Scope 1 emissions.
Following its fund database launch on the listed equity side in September 2024, Upright is extending its fund database to cover impact data on 1,000+ globally relevant PE/VC funds and 20,000+ portfolio companies. The launch builds on Upright’s 7+ years of impact quantification expertise and the long-lasting work with leading private equity firms globally.
With the launch of the product, Upright seeks to equip GPs and LPs with better impact data, as well as to play its part in taking the overall sustainable finance discourse forward in the private equity sector.
